Step 1: The Deep Dive Consultation
This 1:1 initial consultation dives deep into your symptom history, your goals, lifestyle, and things you've tried. We also review any previous lab work to get a baseline of your health. In this first step, we begin to co-create an actionable plan to meet your needs. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all program.
Step 2: Action & Empower
The next step is where the action and healing happen! In the next 4 to 6 months, we implement phases of our co-created plan, based on your specific needs and the results of specialty functional lab tests. These tests are included in the program at no additional cost to you, and are also specific to the concerns identified in the deep dive consultation.
Step 3: Your Fertility Breakthrough!
You will never again have to wonder if you have done everything in your power to create the family of your dreams. You will be empowered and confident in every decision you make in your TTC journey. Most importantly, you will have optimized your fertility and health to create the best chance of conceiving (if you haven't already!).
